Venison & Cranberry Terrine

A classic French terrine recipe with Venison from Margaret river and Pork from WA.

​

Including Armagnac, this unique terrine has a lovely gamey flavour with a little note of acidity and sweetness from the cranberry.

​

This exquisite spread goes particularly well with a sour chutney and some crunchy sourdough baguette.

​

Each jar contains 150g of Venison & Cranberry Terrine. All are gluten free.

​

This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of four weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
